What You Get

Slot Validity
Unused slots expire 30 days after purchase. If you already have active credits, your existing expiry date is extended by 30 days from each new top-up.
Billing & Currency
All charges are processed in USD by PayPro Global, Inc., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card or bank may apply a foreign-currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency. Sales taxes (VAT/GST) are added at checkout where required.
Refunds
Because slot credits can be redeemed instantly, all sales are final once credits are added to your account. See our Refund Policy for the cases where we do issue refunds (duplicate charges, non-delivery, unauthorized transactions, or mandatory consumer-law rights).
